Renewal

Agreement continues until PSC approval of an acceptable Green Power Program compliance filing including RFP cost recovery, or until NorthWestern recovers RFP costs from Lead Communities if PSC recovery is denied. Either party may unilaterally terminate under specified conditions (e.g., PSC modifications, RFP design disputes, unacceptable resource selection), subject in most cases to Lead Communities’ joint and several responsibility for RFP costs.
