Draft MOU Establishes School-Based Mental Health Collaboration

Hanover County Community Services Board and Hanover County Public Schools have drafted a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on school-based mental health services beginning July 1, 2026. Under the agreement, HCCSB will staff clinicians in secondary schools while HCPS provides office space and support, with joint data collection to evaluate program outcomes.
