Renewal

Agreement starts August 26, 2026 and is eligible for annual renewal under Washington State OSPI requirements. Everett Public Schools may terminate for convenience with 30 days written notice and automatically upon funding lapse or reduction; Renton School District may also terminate without cause subject to the notice provisions. Upon termination, Everett must pay prorated compensation for uncompensated services and reimbursable expenses incurred to the termination date.
