The Borough of Milltown Council approved Onsite Partners, LLC as the official designee and Curtailment Service Provider (CSP) for representing the Borough in PJM’s wholesale electricity market. This designation enables Onsite Partners, LLC to aggregate and manage demand response activities on behalf of the Borough. The appointment was formalized under Resolution 2026-171.
