Description

The Town of La Plata introduced Ordinance 25-07 to authorize issuance and private sale of two general obligation installment bonds, not exceeding $4,842,000 and $2,720,000, to the United States of America acting through USDA. The financing will support Sewer System Project One and be backed by sewer system revenues and the Town’s full faith and credit.
