WestCOG approved and executed an $8 million Brownfield Municipal Grant Program agreement with Mason Street Partners, LLC for remediation of two properties at 279 and 290 Mason Street. The grant, funded through DECD’s Office of Brownfields, allocates $4 million in remediation funding to each building.
