City, Parkview Amend Easement for New Access Road

The City is considering an amendment and new easement agreement with Parkview Health System, Inc. to allow Parkview to construct and dedicate a new public road to Kalberer Road at its expense, including lighting, trail restoration, and off-site intersection upgrades. Parkview will also share in the cost of a future signal at Kalberer Road and Yeager Road.
