Initial term runs July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028. Following the initial term, the Education Service Order may be extended for up to ten consecutive 12-month renewal periods upon mutual agreement, or continue month-to-month if not terminated, with either party able to terminate on 60 days’ written notice. Early termination by the customer during the term generally incurs an early termination charge equal to 50% of remaining payments; individual locations may be terminated without penalty for population losses or disaster-related closures.
