Agreement term is October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2028, after which it will automatically renew on a yearly basis unless either party gives written notice not less than 90 days before the end of a term to terminate. Compensation increases by 4.5% each year, rounded to the nearest dollar, and further changes in compensation must be negotiated and approved by the City Council and Chamber Board in writing.
