From date of last signature; remains in effect from year to year unless terminated with 30 days’ written notice at the end of any month

Agreement is evergreen and continues from year to year; either party may terminate at the end of any month with thirty (30) days’ advanced written notice. Any additional reimbursable costs beyond salary, benefits, and the administrative fee are to be determined annually by mutual agreement.
