TMCC will construct the Fire Rescue Training Tower, Fire Academy Training Grounds, and Fire Academy Running Trail, with a total estimated cost of $1,454,000 and completion estimated in Fall 2026. Completion of Phase 1 will save TMCC $65k per year in leasing fees with the Carson City Fire Department.
