Tuition reimbursement is available only during the three-year administrator employment agreement (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2029) and is capped at $18,000 total. If the Administrator leaves the District within three full school years following program completion (except in a reduction in force), a portion of the reimbursed tuition must be repaid on a declining schedule over up to 12 monthly payments, with 9% interest on late payments.
