ADOR amends Voyatek contract for Withholding Tax

The Arizona Department of Revenue amended its technology implementation contract with Voyatek in mid-December 2025 to add Withholding Tax functionality to the STARS Integrated Tax System. The amendment, processed via the State Procurement Office, links payments to delivery milestones for the RevHub software under the Phase 1 schedule running through January 15, 2027.
