Draft Water Banking Agreement with Santa Clara Valley Water

The Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency Executive Committee recommends authorizing staff to draft a binding agreement with Santa Clara Valley Water District aligned with the existing Water Banking and Exchange Program Term Sheet. The final agreement will return to the Board for future action and will formalize interagency water banking and exchange arrangements.
