Omaha Housing Authority advances Southside Terrace Phase 3

The Housing Authority of the City of Omaha reaffirmed its partnership with Brinshore Development, L.L.C. under the existing Master Development Agreement to advance closing and financing for the Southside Terrace Phase 3 redevelopment, a 113-unit mixed-income housing project. The CEO is authorized to execute all related condo, ground lease, loan, and HUD CNI documents needed to close this phase.
