Kubas Keller Associates will assist Whitefish Housing Authority with the 2025 fiscal year close and unaudited FDS submission. Additionally, they will provide audit support, review trial balances, prepare/review internal financial reports, assist with VMS reporting, RNP tracking, and leasing utilization. They will also assist in the preparation of operating budgets and the operating fund/subsidy submission, as well as accounting staff as needed. Fee for the Scope of Work is estimated at $18,750, subject to change.
