The Town of Summerville plans a two-year license agreement with the Summerville Girls Softball League for priority use of Fields 5 and 6 and the concession stand at the Jerry Blackwell Sports Complex. The league will pay $5,000 annually while the Town provides field maintenance and utilities and the league manages concessions and certain supplies.
