Gallia County entered into a joint contracted services agreement with the University of Rio Grande and Rio Grande Community College to provide countywide economic development services for $125,000 annually over a four-year term. The institutions will staff and manage the Director of Economic Development and Center for Entrepreneurship on the County’s behalf.
