Description

The Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation has asked the Tri-Cities MPO to amend its FFY 2024–2027 MTIP to add a paratransit operating project for Crater District Area Agency on Aging with $200,000 programmed in FFY26. The change would position the project for potential FTA Section 5310, state, and local funding but is not yet a funding award.
