McMillan Pazden Smith is the Architect for the new event center which will consist of 13,500 sq. ft. of air-conditioned space, 7,500 sq. ft. of exterior community porch elements that overlook the pond, 3,500 sq. ft. event/council chamber/multi-purpose space; large storage room; a catering kitchen where food and beverages may be required; a small office component and a conference room for executive sessions or other meetings. Architectural design will be with the same components as the Joe Daning Amphitheater.
