Jefferson Township Board of Trustees approved a Memorandum of Understanding with the Montgomery County Agricultural Society under which the Society will pay $3,850 annually from 2026 through 2030 for Fire and EMS protection at the Montgomery County Fair. The agreement, effective March 30, 2026, also provides $5 food vouchers for fire personnel and sets fair coverage dates each year, starting July 14–19, 2026.
