Bird Ends Regional Electric Bikeshare Agreement

CATMA’s regional bikeshare contract with Bird provided approximately 200 electric-assist bikes from July 2023 until early 2025, supporting sustainable travel in the Burlington area. Bird withdrew from the market in January 2025, ending the bikeshare service due to economic factors.
