The Agricultural Lands Preservation Advisory Committee recommended that the Parks Commission partner with Northfield Township on a $252,000 conservation easement for the 37.5-acre Kempf Trust property, with ALPAC contributing $50,400. Northfield Township will lead the project and oversee monitoring and enforcement, alongside funding from USDA and Ann Arbor’s Greenbelt program.
