The 30-second brief
Kent’s Community Development Committee approved an emergency amendment to the CRA agreement with Enterprise Rental Car for 1225 West Main, cutting planned staff relocations to 49 part-time and 1 full-time position and lowering projected annual payroll to about $825,000. Despite reduced economic gain, the city still views the project as beneficial for reoccupying a previously vacant building.
