The Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission approved a conditional use permit for the Alaska Department of Transportation to replace a culvert and place fill within the 50-foot Habitat Protection District of an unnamed stream along the Kenai Spur Highway. The approval includes correction of culvert dimensions to 162” by 288’.
