The South Carolina Public Employee Benefit Authority will transition the State Health Plan's pharmacy benefits management services from Express Scripts to CVS Caremark effective January 1, 2026. USC Lancaster employees and other plan subscribers will receive new CVS Caremark prescription ID cards before year-end to ensure uninterrupted prescription coverage.
