The City of Ilwaco is proceeding under an existing grant agreement with the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board to fund the 2025 Red Town Initiative pavement preservation project, with up to $1,608,128 in TIB funding anticipated. Execution of the Bid Authorization Form will allow the City to advertise the construction contract for bids with completion targeted by October 2026.
