The Marin County Board of Supervisors is asked to approve a two-year, $166,000 professional services contract with Huckleberry Youth Programs to implement SanARTE, a youth mental health, healing, and arts pilot program in Marin City and the Canal area. The agreement is funded through the Race Equity Action Plan Mental Health Pillar and will not increase General Fund net county cost.
