Through an intergovernmental agreement with Washington County, King City will participate in a Recycling Modernization Act contamination reduction program funded by the Producer Responsibility Organization managed by Circular Action Alliance at up to $3 per capita annually. The PRO provides financial and program support at no direct cost to the city.
