The Board is asked to approve a sublease agreement under which Chester Public Utility District leases portions of the former Chester Fire Station at 251 Airport Road to Peninsula Fire Protection District for $1,200 per month from January 1, 2026 through January 1, 2028. The County of Plumas is a third-party beneficiary and the sublease is subject to the existing airport Master Lease.
