Carver County CDA approved the Senior Home Repair Program and a partnership with Rebuilding Together Minnesota to administer up to $500,000 in LAHA-funded, 10-year deferred forgivable loans of up to $30,000 per eligible senior household for critical home repairs and accessibility improvements. The program targets low-income senior and disabled homeowners throughout Carver County.
