The City of Lookout Mountain approved a mutual termination of its Real Estate Purchase and Development Agreement with MAKO Properties, LLC for a planned grocery store at the Town Center site. As part of the termination, the City will refund half of the developer’s $25,000 deposit and authorize execution of a formal termination agreement.
