The Regional Municipality of York is seeking a qualified professional consulting firm to provide engineering services for the collection of pavement condition data including physical attributes, roughness and rutting data, and pavement distress data.
The entire right-of-way is required to be video logged using high-definition, geo-referenced video capture, with still images captured from the videos submitted to the Municipalities. Mandatory requirements include a Laser Based Profiler Certificate conforming to ASTM Class 2 Profilometer Standard E 950-E950M-09 and proof of a minimum of five laser sensors or an LCMS installed on the digital survey vehicle. Electronic bid submissions must be received through the Region's Bids and Tenders website no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on October 8, 2026.
