SUMMARY
Matagorda County is seeking sealed bids for 2027 Road Materials, Bid Number 27-001, to supply various aggregate, asphalt, soil, and stabilization products across multiple county locations including Bay City, Collegeport, El Maton, Markham, Matagorda, Midfield, Milberger Road Area, Palacios, Pledger, Sargent, Van Vleck, and Wadsworth. Required materials include limestone base, gravel base, flexible base, precoated and uncoated coverstone, rock asphalt precoated aggregates, hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement, limestone rock asphalt cold mix pavement, hydrated lime, fill type cover soil, top soil, riprap, hot mix cold laid asphalt, oyster shell, hydraulic cement, emulsified asphalt treatment, asphalt oils and emulsions, prime coat, soil stabilizer, fly ash/bottom ash, and crushed concrete. The contract term shall be in effect from the date of contract award until the date of the next award, approximately 1 year.
