SUMMARY

PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE and OBE contractors to submit proposals for the Advanced Water Purification Facility Bid Package 8 for El Paso Water in El Paso, Texas. Bid Package 8 is for Reverse Osmosis Membrane System (ROMS). The new water purification facility is a large-scale water treatment project to directly purify treated wastewater from the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP and redistribute it as potable reuse drinking water using microfiltration/ultrafiltration, nanofiltration/reverse osmosis, UV advanced oxidation, granular activated carbon, stabilization, and chlorine disinfection. The project is federally funded and subject to Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage rates, AIS, and Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements. Proposals are due on June 9, 2025.
