SUMMARY
PCL/Sundt JV is soliciting DBE, SLBE, MBE, WBE and OBE contractors to submit proposals for the Advanced Water Purification Facility Bid Package 8 for El Paso Water in El Paso, Texas. Bid Package 8 is for Reverse Osmosis Membrane System (ROMS). The new water purification facility is a large-scale water treatment project to directly purify treated wastewater and redistribute it as potable reuse drinking water, receiving treated wastewater from the Roberto R. Bustamante WWTP. Proposals are due on June 9, 2025. The project is federally funded and subject to Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage rates, AIS, and Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements.
