SUMMARY

The City of Syracuse is soliciting bids for Phase 1 of its Lead Service Line Replacement project, divided into three contracts. Contract No. 1 involves replacing 1,320 lead water services; Contract No. 2 involves 262 replacements; and Contract No. 3 involves 126 replacements.
