SUMMARY

The City of Syracuse Department of Parks, Recreation, and Youth Programs is soliciting proposals for professional, general landscape architecture services for various city projects. The scope of services encompasses schematic design, design development, construction documentation, project cost estimation, project bidding support, construction contract administration, post-construction evaluation, and special investigations.
