SUMMARY

The City of Scotts Valley is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants (CPAs) to provide professional audit services. The contract covers three fiscal years beginning with the year ending June 30, 2025, with an option for two additional one-year extensions. Audits must be performed in accordance with Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), and OMB Circular A-133 (Single Audit) for state and local governments.
