SUMMARY

The City of Saginaw, Texas is accepting sealed bids for the sale of three separate vacant industrial land parcels totaling approximately 9.88 acres. The parcels include 4.00 acres SW of West Lane and Kennedy Lane (David Cook Survey, Abstract No. 345), 3.02 acres at Lot 7X, Block 1, Saginaw DC Industrial Park, and 2.86 acres at 616 S Blue Mound Rd. All properties are offered 'as is'. Bidders may bid on one, two, or all three properties. The awarded party is responsible for closing costs, survey documents, and transaction fees. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to City Hall by July 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and tabulated. Evaluation will occur through August 13, with a City Council award consideration scheduled for August 19, 2025.
