SUMMARY

The City of McHenry is soliciting sealed proposals for the North Riverside Drive Parking Lot improvement project (REL Project: 23-R0288). The scope of work includes tree removal, earth excavation, trench backfill, aggregate base courses, hot-mix asphalt binder and surface courses, Portland cement concrete driveway and sidewalk installation, storm sewer construction, and electric utility service connections for lighting.
