SUMMARY

The City of McHenry, Illinois, is soliciting sealed bids for the Kane Ave. Watermain Replacement project (Job No. 2402108). The scope of work involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the installation of approximately 205 linear feet of 12-inch PVC (C-900) and 37 linear feet of 8-inch PVC (C-900) watermain pipe. Additional tasks include abandoning 192 linear feet of existing watermain, installing an 8-inch insertion valve, and performing a 24-inch steel casing jack and bore under the Union Pacific railroad.
