SUMMARY
The City of Eustis is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional engineering services for the Coolidge Street Stormwater and Roadway Improvements project. The scope includes designing a continuous roadway from Bates Avenue to Getford Road, encompassing approximately 1,800 feet of unimproved 'paper street' and 800 feet of existing paved segments. Work includes roadway design (asphalt pavement, sidewalks, curbing, lighting), storm and drainage design, geotechnical investigation, survey work, subsurface utility locates (SUE), permitting, and bidding phase services.
