SUMMARY
The City of Edgewater is issuing Invitation to Bid (ITB) 21-PR-001 for a hurricane wind retrofit project at the YMCA facility located at 148 W. Turgot Avenue. The scope of work includes the removal of existing exterior windows, doors, and louvers, and the installation of new hurricane-rated replacements. Additionally, the project requires the removal of the existing roof and installation of a new metal roof system in compliance with current codes.
