SUMMARY
The City of Destin is soliciting sealed competitive bids for Phase 1 of the Crosstown Connector project (RFB 25-07-CM). Scope of work includes the installation of an underground stormwater retention system (ADS Chambers), stormwater pipe, drainage structures, and sod, along with necessary site work and foundation preparation. When completed, the project will establish a new 0.42-mile two-lane east-to-west roadway corridor connecting Azalea Drive at Benning Drive to Legion Drive at Beach Drive. Bidders must be on the Plan Holders List to participate. Proposals are due in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk's Office no later than June 9, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. CT. Electronic bids are not accepted.
