SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from licensed public works contractors for the 2019 WWTP Improvements Project. The project includes Schedule A (Riverton Road Utility Improvements) and Schedule B (WWTP Improvements), encompassing new headworks, aeration system upgrades, secondary clarifier and UV disinfection system retrofits, and other associated civil, yard piping, and electrical improvements.
