SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of an updated Wastewater Facilities Planning Studies (FPS) for its collection and treatment systems. The study will identify strategies for planning, budgeting, and improving the city's wastewater systems, including those outside its boundaries that flow into the city's system. The goal is to develop a prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP) plan with detailed descriptions and cost estimates.
