SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot is soliciting proposals for engineering services to provide preliminary engineering and design engineering for the replacement of approximately 2780 lineal feet of 24 inch concrete sewer line with 36 inch SDR-35 or HDPE line. The City is applying for Federal and State assistance to fund the project. Once the City has secured funding, the City choose to negotiate for the construction supervision of the project by the design engineering firm or select another firm using these engineered plans.
