SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot, Idaho is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the 2019 Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Improvements Project. The project includes Schedule A (Riverton Road Utility Improvements with boring under I-15) and Schedule B (WWTP Improvements including new headworks, septage receiving, aeration system upgrades, clarifier and UV disinfection retrofits, and potable water system improvements). Prequalification is available for Category 1: Prime Contractor, Category 2: Specialty Subcontractor – Boring, and Category 3: Specialty Subcontractor – Electrical. Three copies of the SOQ must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the City Clerk's Office by March 25, 2019. Only prequalified contractors will be invited to bid on the subsequent construction phase.
