SUMMARY
The City of Blackfoot is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the preparation of Wastewater Facilities Planning Studies (FPS) Updates. The goal is to develop an updated Collection and Treatment FPS that identifies strategies for planning, budgeting, and improving the City's wastewater systems, including those outside its boundaries that flow into the City's system.
